Returns

All items must be included in their original condition and packaging. Please include all contact and original order details in  your return package to help expedite the refund process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately  notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via PayPal to the account originally used to make the purchase. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, however, we will gladly refund your shipping  costs if the item being returned was defective.
