You are bidding on a RARE
hard to find Delco Cadillac DeVille Delco 4 note horn matched set with modern dual wire GM waterproof connectors (see
photo). These connectors will work with any 12V car. The 2 wire connectors
take the worry out of finding a ground from bare metal when installing on your
car. One wire supplies the +12v and the
other supplies the -12v. These
connectors make installation easier when it is difficult to find a chassis
ground. Ideal for special
applications like boats, motorcycles,
RV’s, bicycles and any other vehicle.
There is an A, C, D, and F note
horn.
They were a GM
option on selected Cadillacs, Buicks,
Chevrolets, and Oldsmobiles. You may have not seen these horns before but you
have probably heard them. 4 Note horn sounds like a REAL TRAIN! They are loud individually and very impressive when
they are all sounded together. Everyone will love them, except your neighbors! All of my horns have been cleaned and painted
chassis black. (See Photo)
A lot of buyers have asked “how loud are your horns”. These
horns were measured in decibels with industry standard equipment. They measured
over 120+db. To put that in relative terms, that loudness is
between that of a jack hammer or air
raid siren, and not quite as loud as a shot gun blast!
