Buy12Volt fulfills 99% of orders from our Los Angeles, California primary location. The following transit map is for shipments from our Los Angeles warehouse. Items which ship from
one of our alternate warehouses will be noted on the item page. Items in our warehouse "In Stock" ? ships the same or next business day. We ship most of our orders with USPS, but
may also use other carriers to send your package.

Brokerage fees, duties and any other applicable taxes or import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are based on rates provided by your country and the shipping
courier. Buy12Volt cannot control or quote you on these taxes, fees or charges. Please contact your local government for more details.
Warranty
Warranty will be given to members who have received DOA or defective product only, within 30 days of receiving it. Buyer has 30 days to acknowledge and ship back product from the
time it is received. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for defective or DOA product.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned product.
Product must be in original and resellable condition, with no damage or modification from owner's abuse or negligence.
This warranty is valid only if the product is used for the purpose for which it was designed.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage due to improper installation.
Subsequent damage to other components.
Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat, chemical cleaners, and/or UV radiation.
Damage through negligence, misuse, accident or abuse. Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former).
Punctured or damaged surrounds.
Broken speaker terminals.
Bent, chipped or broken frames.
Ripped spiders or damaged back plates.
Any cost or expense related to the removal or reinstallation of product.
Speakers damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
Electronics damaged due to amplifier clipping or distortion.
Items previously repaired or modified by any unauthorized repair facility.
Return shipping on defective or non-defective items.
Products with tampered or missing Buy12Volt labels or specific manufacturer serial numbers, tags or labels.
Products returned without a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
Freight Damage (goods damaged due to shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery)
The cost of shipping product to Buy12Volt.
The cost of shipping product from Buy12Volt upon completion of repair or replacement.
Service performed by anyone other than Buy12Volt.
If the product is determined to be defective or DOA, you must notify us within 30 days and we will exchange it for a new one or you will receive store credit. An RMA number is required
for items returned. Packages sent to us without an RMA number will be refused. There will be no cash refund. Any product being return unwarranted will be at our discretion and if
accepted, subject to a 25% restocking fee. If we find no defect for defective returns a $30.00 testing fee will be charged.
