An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. We will also notify you for any backorders or delays on your order as well.
We usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. Delivery times will depend on shipping method used especially during peak periods. Standard ground shipping is anytime between 3-5 business days.
Oversized items may have higher shipping costs as they may require special arrangements. We will contact you if necessary to determine which shipping method works for you.
International shipping rates will vary upon location or on the item itself. Click “Shipping and Payments”, choose your location and click “Get Rates” to see shipping cost and estimated delivery date.
An additional 7% Sales Tax will be applied to items shipped to South Carolina (SC)
Drop-Shipments are sent directly to you from the manufacturer or any of our suppliers across the US. This is to ensure you get the lowest price possible. You may receive your order in separate packages and we’ll keep you informed about the status of each. Additional handling fees may apply for drop-shipped items with expedited service.
Residential shipments will often require signatures and usually left to the carrier’s discretion. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages if you opt to request “No Signature Required”. FedEx and UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver before returning the package to the sender.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date of purchase. As much as we want you to enjoy your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with it for any reason at all, please contact us immediately to get a Return Merchandise Authorization or RA#.
All returns will require an RA# or Return Merchandise Authorization from us to process a refund/replacement. We will not honor any returned items that do not have an RA#.
All returned items must be in brand new condition and functioning normally. Must be in its original box and includes all the original packaging, accessories and documentation. There should be no signs of wear whatsoever.
