This offer is for a vintage Intercooler Flap Position Indicator made by General Electric Type DJ-28 Model 8DJ28AAN, as appeared in the Engineers Station Panel on the post WW2-era Boeing B-50D Superfortress Very Heavy Bomber.  See photo of the Engineers Station Panel of a B-50D, there are four indicators, each showing intercooler flap position on the turbochargers on one engine, located above the mixture control levers.  Not yet confirmed, but this may have also been used on the Boeing C-97 Stratofreighter and KC-97 Stratotanker since they are brethren to the B-50 and shared many technologies.
