Sensors: 

We scan all our wheels for sensors using an ATEQ VT30 TPMS Scanner.  If existing sensors are found we do not guarantee existing sensors.  Sensors on used wheels have a short battery life of no more than 5 years max and due to the fact we cannot test each sensor to confirm they work with your vehicle we simply cannot guarantee them.  But we include them if the scanner shows them as present.

SHIPPING TERMS:

1. Flat Rate Shipping Quote Only Applies To the 48 States Within The USA.
2. Ask for Shipping Quotes To: Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. (Expect this to cost more)
3. Quotes on all USPS small flat rate shipping boxes are good for all 51 states and International Shipping Quotes.
4. We Ship World Wide, we put a flat rate quote up there as an estimate only.  Actual costs may vary and we ask that you request a quote prior to bidding or buying the item so we can get you the best price we can find.

 

Packaging:

All our items are pre-packaged and ready to ship upon a moment’s notice within a 24 hour time frame.  In some cases we can actually ship the same day as long as the circumstances are right.

Fitment:

E-bays fitment program does not work.  We pay for a fitment software from a 3rd party company and can help you with fitment questions if you have any.  At the end of the day the customer is responsible for fitment. If any modifications were made to the car, size of brake pads, lift kits, lowering kits ect… this is why we cannot be responsible for fitment issues.

What we do to help ensure customer satisfaction:

1. Take clear pictures of the item being sold 

2. Write a brief and honest description of how we see it from the other end of the camera.

3. Label the item as new (see details) or used.

4. All items have to a degree some minor flaws that maybe present, from small scratches, to little marks that are present. 

5. What causes these minor flaws in new items: handling of the item, removal of existing sensors, previous owner did not handle with care the merchandise from aftermarket shop to his final destination.  The shop did not take care in taking the rims off of the vehicle.

6. Customers we ask you to please review all pictures and descriptions of new and used items to help ensure customer satisfaction is reached through the description of item for sale and pictures of the item you are purchasing.  This will help make sure the buyers expectations meet what was represented by us the seller.
