These lug bolts are close to new condition, they are "take offs" from new VW and Audi vehicles so that wheel locks could be installed.  

The lug bolts (wheel bolts) will fit all Audi,VW, SEAT, Skoda, models of the last 15 years (possibly older) except Audi Q7, Q5, VW Touareg, Routan, & Phaeton.
