All return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt. Returns will be accepted on unopened and unused items with prior authorization from OEM Discounted Parts eBay Store. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization. Please email us with your concerns regarding your purchase prior to shipping any back item to us. Our products are shipped with tamper proof tags to monitor if the packaging has been opened. You will be reimbursed for shipping costs only if OEM Discounted Parts eBay Store made a shipping error or if the product was defective when shipped from OEM Discounted Parts eBay Store distribution center. We do not issue call tags but may reimburse you for return shipping pending examination. We do not accept returns on any opened or used electrical items.
