We ship Monday - Saturday and ship items within 24-48 hours of cleared funds.
 
Special preparation, such as crating or special packaging can delay shipment a day or two. Items will be shipped by FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS.
 
Tracking Numbers will be provided (you do not need to ask when it will be shipped).
Most domestic shipping will be shipped buy FedEX Ground and USPS (United States Post Office) to the 48 United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other International destinations will be Shipped USPS. Extra shipping charges will apply. (A invoice Will Be sent with the Extra Shipping Charges) 

Free shipping applies only to locations in the contiguous United States. 
 
Orders shipped through the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO), to international addresses, or to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Palau and US protectorates are not eligible for free shipping. We will accept for refund any item returned within 30 days of our shipment. 

It must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. 

You can not install it and return it for a refund.

If you do not take the care to repack it properly and it is damaged upon return you will need to make a claim from your freight provider (WE WILL NOT REFUND IF WE RECEIVE DAMAGED) 

It is returned freight pre-paid. You must pay the freight charges to return the item. 

Our refund is limited to the amount you paid for the item only, 

Excluding any charges for SHIPPING to you, crating, etc. Free shipping to you only applies to items you Keep.
