• Every order is special, and every special order must be prepaid and payment must be received within five businesses from auction ending date. We accept PayPal, Visa MasterCard, and Discover. No Personal or Company Checks will be accepted.

  We prefer PayPal. All PayPal orders will be shipped to PayPal confirmed address only. NO EXCEPTIONS! Customer must provide a valid phone number, car make, model and year, if car/truck is a two-door or four-door, order number, and eBay user name. Customer be aware if your PayPal confirmed address is a PO BOX , APO or FPO, then Custom Auto Parts will not be able to ship the product. Customer, if phone number is not provided, order may delay. 
  
  Credit Card 
  If paying with a credit card. Customer is responsible to call (562) 623-5139 within five business days from ending auction. Credit card billing address and shipping address must match. Customer must provide to agent; phone number, e-mail address, car make, car model, car year, if car/truck is a two-door or four-door, billing and shipping address, order number or item number, and eBay user name. Customer if phone number is not provided order may delay.

TERMS 

Custom Auto Pats usually delivers every product from 5-25 business days, if customer do not receive product within that period, customer is responsible to call us at (562) 623-5139 or send us a message through eBay message system and provide us order number, eBay user name, and a phone number for a faster service. 
Custom Auto Parts carefully packages every product to prevent damaged during transit, nevertheless, damage may occur. Therefore, we ask customers to inspect all items immediately before carrier leaves, do not sign any paper until you have completely inspected every product. If you see any damaged part, mark it on the delivery bill in front of the delivery person. Then, call/text us at (562)623-5139 or send us a message through eBay within twenty-four hours to file a claim request. If customer does not follow instructions and do not specify damaged to the delivery person, claims may be denied.


We cannot combine shipments due to the dimensions of the products. 

Once customer hits “Buy It Now”, that means that he/she has carefully read and understand Custom Auto Parts Terms and Conditions. 
All sales are final, all products are sold “As Is”. All products sold at Custom Auto Parts are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. We are not responsible for any damages as a result of these products. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. If customers want to back up an order they must do it within twenty-four hours from placing their order because some orders will be shipped within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. If order has already been sent, then order cannot be canceled, and buyer must receive the product.  
Customers know that for installation they may need screws, sets of washers, sets of bolts, self-tapping screws, screw driver, socket wrench, socket extension, socket (size varies with vehicles), drill bit (size ranges varies), and drill motor. 
All products are to be installed by a highly trained professional with knowledge of custom fiberglass and carbon fiber. Customers are responsible for all installation fees. All fiberglass parts are made out of 100% fiberglass, therefore, due to the material used in production, these body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other body work. However if any car or truck has been involved in any type of collision, then additional body work will be needed. Products are manufactured by Custom Auto Parts.

Orders cannot be canceled once items have been shipped. If you want to cancel an order that has been sent out already, you will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees plus a restocking fee of %20.

In case item does not fit, please provide evidence of the item side to side with the car or truck. We have verified that all parts fits.
