If a repair was attempted and damage resulted to the screen's glass (cracked, scratched, shattered), there is an additional $49 fee to replace it. All return shipping will be through USPS Priority unless another service is desired. International members will have a USPS Air Mail service, unless Express is paid for. Please allow 24-72 hours for turn-around.

1..   Purchase Service using "Buy It Now"

2..   Pull radio forward:

• Screw covers lift, insert 2.5mm hex/allen key and turn counterclockwise until it releases

• Reach behind opening and push down on the top center of the MID closest to the front (there is a metal piece that secures it in the dash). Push from behind. It will come right out! Requires ~1 minute.

• Push the climate control forward from the rear. It will 'pop out' of the dash.

**** You will receive mailing instructions via email after service is bought and paid for. Please take your radio securely packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to have it mailed in. Please include in the package a short list of symptoms and your return mailing address.

Note: Audio will not turn on when display is out of vehicle. Please be patient while your package arrives back to you.
