How Does it Work?
It's as Easy as 1, 2, 3!

1.. Purchase service using "BUY IT NOW"

2.. Remove Multi-Information Display

Remove factory radio by prying open the screw covers on each side with your fingernail. Insert a 2.0mm allen key and turn counterclockwise until radio releases from dash. Try not to strip brass screws.
Once radio is pulled forward out of dash (do not disconnect wires from radio), reach behind and Push MID out of dash from the rear.

3.. Disconnect (1) Black Plug. The harness has an arm that will swing upward when the back of plug is pushed in softly.

**** You will receive mailing instructions via email after service is bought and paid for. Please take your radio securely packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to have it mailed in. Please include in the package a short list of symptoms and your return mailing address.

Note: Yes! You can still drive your BMW without the MID plugged in.

All shipping will be through United States Postal Service (USPS) for Domestic and International mailings.

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) is our preferred service, however we will Overnight parcels using USPS Express Mail Guaranteed service. Some international locations require USPS Express Mail as standard.

FedEx Ground is required for larger, heavier domestic shipments.

If you have a preferred courier or would like to send us a shipping label for your shipment, we can mail accordingly. If you have any special shipping instructions please contact us with all questions and/or concerns.

We have a standard 14-day return policy on most purchases. Item must be received back, unaltered, in the same condition originally mailed.
