Receipt of Payment:

Shipment Timeframe & Tracking:

Combined Shipment:
We will gladly combine shipping. Orders need to be place close together in time. Depending on the time of day some orders may ship within 1 hour from the time of placement. We will always refund shipping charges in excess of $0.75 of actual shipping cost.
