For sale is one re-manufactured lower unit for Evinrude Johnson outboard motors.

This lower unit is in great condition. It has been disassembled and internally inspected. All of the gears and bearings are in perfect condition. There are all new seals and a new water pump impeller.  This case has been pressure tested and holds at 15 PSI. 

BRP Factory Part Number (less drive shaft and pump) is 0438617.

Other corresponding OMC/BRP Part numbers for the lower unit without the driveshaft and the water pump housing are: 0388001, 0395013, 0396285, 0433545, 0435712, 0435393 and 0438617

The casting number on the case is 338666.

Comes with Drive Shaft # 0337397, With this drive shaft the lower unit will fit 1995-2001 9.9 and 15 HP Four Stroke Engines.

The drive shaft measures 19 1/2 inches from the case to the tip and has 10 splines.  This is the long shaft for 20 inch motors.  

The prop shaft has 13 splines.  

The shift shaft is about 24 1/4" long.
