DRILL THE HOLES YOU MARKED WITH A 1/4 INCH DRILL BIT FOR THE HOOD LATCH BOLTS, THEN REINSTALL THE HOOD LATCH, YOU CAN DO THE SAME FOR THE RUBBER STOPS IF YOU WANT TO INSTALL THEM....   TO INSTALL RIVETS DRILL WITH AN 1/8 INCH DRILL BIT AND INSTALL RIVETS. I WILL SEND  ALL ALUMINUM RIVETS
