All Dolphin Life Rings are rigorously tested and monitored by the Underwriters Laboratories of the United States. The Ring bodies are warranted for seven years under all climatic conditions and are resistant to fire, oil, and gas. The hard shell prevents tearing and ripping and is virtually vandal proof. The design allows for easy rope replacement should the rope become damaged, thus ensuring the integrity and continued certification of the Ring. Dolphin Life Ring Buoys are roto-molded for strength with a polyethylene shell and filled with closed cellular foam for long life under extreme marine conditions. They conform to all standards up to and including S.O.L.A.S. standard 7483.

We charge a flat rate to the contiguous United States. Most of our items ship from Blaine, WA (98230) but we have fulfillment centers elsewhere as well. If you would like to know where your item is shipping from, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Shipping to Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Canada
We gladly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, as well as Canada. The shipping prices for these regions are listed below and are based on the total weight of the package. These orders are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, except in the case of oversized items. Australian customers, please request an invoice from us after ordering and please note the restriction on items over 20 lbs.
Combining Shipments: Additional Items Ship Free
For orders with multiple items, each additional item will ship free. The item with the greatest shipping charge in the order will be applied. Applies to orders up to 60 lbs or less being shipped to the contiguous United States only.

Returns
You may return your item within 30 days for a complete refund, minus actual shipping costs. If a mistake is made by us, return your item for a complete refund, including all shipping costs (for US/Canada orders only). Please note, actual shipping costs are generally much higher than paid shipping costs, approximately $1 per pound.
You must contact us prior to returning your item for an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number are subject to refusal and/or a 25% restocking fee. All items must be returned in new and resellable condition.
