Payment and Shipping

Payment Methods:
We ONLY accept Paypal for eBay Orders.
 
Sales Tax (GST):
All advertised prices include GST.  There are no forced additional taxes or surcharges.


Shipping Methods:

We use Australia Post E-Parcel for all items smaller than 1metre long and 30kg in weight. TNT Road Freight is used for larger items.  All deliveries are registered and required a signature.  If you miss the delivery Australia Post items can be collected from your local Post Office and can organise a re-delivery at a more convenient time.  We only use our own carriers and cannot use customers freight carriers.


Shipping Times:
 Due to the nature of our business, shipping times can vary between 5-8 business days.  We do have an express service available for some products.

 We do offer an express shipping service for some of our products.

Shipping Discount:
If you purchase more than 1 item and complete the check out together you will receive a 50% discount on the shipping of the smaller item.  The check out will calculate the discount automatically for you.

Product Pick Up:
We do not allow product pick up.

Returns / Warranty

Returns:
We will accept returns for a full refund up to 90 days after the sales date.  Any return must be in original condition and unused.

Warranty:
