  • This transmission is out of Subaru Forester SF5 in Japan.  It is interchangeable with quite few vehicles here in U.S.  At times, you may have to swap over the sensors and solenoids from original transmission on to this JDM transmission to make it work properly.  While we will do our best to assist you, further research may be needed to check compatibility.

Free Shipping to lower 48 States - To Business Addresses

Please add $50 for Residential Deliveries which requires a lift gate to lower the

engine to street level.

Remote Areas (small towns and counties) or would require you to pick up at

closest dock location.

  • We ship Worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your location.

  • Once you receive your item, please do not  sign the release documents wihtout fully inspecting the outer packaging for noticeable signs of damage.  The freight companies will not let you open up the packaging prior to signing the documents, therefore, you must note any signs of damage based on the external packaging.  Shipping insurance is provided by the freight company, not by JDM Alliance.  If you sign the form and do not note any possible damages, the freight company will be relieved of all responsibilities and you will not be reimbursed for any damges done to your shipment caused during shipping.  You must notify JDM Alliance of any damages caused by mis-handling during shipping.  Once again, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE RELEASE FORM OR LET THE DRIVER LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST INSPECTING THE PACKAGING FOR POSSIBLE DAMAGES.    

  • International shipments are to the nearest port to your locaiton.  All international shipments are shipped via ocean freight and may take 3-6 weeks to arrive to you.

Returns
  • Contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) #. Returns without a RMA # will not be accepted.
  • Return the product to us with the original packaging and a copy of the original receipt to the address given to you by the customer service representative. We'll usually give you the address to the warehouse nearest you.
  • Any returns arriving to our warehouse without a RA number will be refused. Also, include the invoice with your returned package.
  • Item must be in the same condition it was sold and fully assembled.  We must receive all of the parts that were included in the sale for the warranty to be valid. (THE RETURNED ITEM MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL PICTURES)
Warranty
  • There is a 30 days warranty on this transmission. This warranty will cover that no problems will occur if the transmission is installed in the vehicle properly by a certified mechanic. 
  • The customer is responsible for all the freight charges on the return of defective items and no replacement part will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the the returned defective item in question. . The customer is responsible for all the shipping charges for the returned product. You must have a RA number or Return Authorization number from JDM Alliance USA before you can return your product. Please have the RA number written on the outside of the package.
  • We are not responsible for any labour work. 
  • Warranty is VOID if the transmission is burnt by negligence - (i.e, racing, no oil, high revving, etc)
  • You will receive the item as shown in the pictures. Any other additional parts required to complete your swap will have to be purchased separately.  Some products may require additional components to be fully functional.
