Payment
1.We will ONLY Accept Payment Via PayPal.
2.All Paypal Payments must be Confirmed ( Shipping and billing addresses must match)
3.Full payment should be sent within within 7 (SEVEN) days of auction closing.
4.Please feel free to contact us if you have any problem with the payment. E-check payment will be held until the payment is cleared. Item can only be shipped out when all payment is cleared.
5.Please list your special requests (color, package, etc.) in the NOTES SECTION when you make payment. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
Shipping
1. All packages will ship out within 48 hours after receive the full payment
2. We only ship to confirmed PayPal address. Your PayPal address must match your eBay shipping address. We do not ship to the third country.
3. This item would usually send from China which takes you about 2-4 weeks to get, if you need faster shipping, please contact us for this.
4. Item transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may vary, particularly during the holiday season. This is out of our control.If you have not received your item within 15 days from payment, please contact us. We will track and help you solve problem.
Terms of Sale
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make an exchange or refund in 30 days. we accept reasonable refund, but will only offer full refund when there is a product problem, otherwise, the refund excludes any shipping.
2. For any exchange or refund, we need the item must be in its original condition, including the box and all the accessories, and returning shipping cost depends on the detailed problem.
3. Please contact us before you return the item, we will offer you a return number and address to send back. The return reference number and return address must be clearly visible on the outer packaging. Otherwise, we are unable to deal with your return item.
4. We will refund you upon the receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, and after both Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction on eBay.
