This offer is for a WW2-vintage Emergency Ignition Switch, made by Bendix-Scintilla, Type C-7, as used in the US Army Air Force WW2 heavy bomber Boeing B-29 Superfortress.  See photos showing the relevant pages from the B-29 Flight Manual dated August 1943, one describing its operation and the other two showing the location of the switch on the Pilot's auxiliary panel to his left.
