This offer is for a late 1940s-vintage aircraft Oil Quantity Indicator made by Liquidometer part # EA 31-1236-1. It has an Overhaul label on its side from Naval Air Station Alameda (CA) dated Dec 1949, and it has the yellow NAS Alameda logo stamped on its side with Dec 21 1949 date.  I have not been able to link this to a specific aircraft, and knowledgeable ebayers are invited to chime in...
