You are looking at an original 1957 Chevy Rear Mount Power Antenna.

​As you can see by my photos, this is an original factory GM optional accessory.  It appears to be complete with the exception of the up & down switch that went under the dash.  We hooked a 12-Volt power source to it and it extends fully up and retracts down.  The mast is not damaged or bent.

​The original chrome is weak on the mast and does have pitting on the 2 bezels. which will all need to be replated for show quality.  Please see my close up photos showing the condition of everything.

​If you are restoring that special car why even consider reproduction junk when you can buy an original that you know will look right and fit correctly.
