Will DP Chip damage my engine?

No DP Chip will not damage your engine. DP Chip offers the same if not better operating parameters than factory tuning.

Does the DP Chip alter fuel rail pressure?

Yes, definitely. Be under no disillusions that the fuel rail pressure is adjusted but don’t buy into the scare tactics that they are unsafe for your engine. The standard fuel system is more than capable of slight increases in pressure.
