Install Steps:
1. Connect No.1 aluminum tube with No.2 aluminum tube.
2. Wearing tarpaulin with two connected aluminum tube.
3. Put on 4pcs aluminum straight tubes.
4. Install 2 sets of V-type tubes,then it is finished.

5. Generally speaking, both ordinary aluminum oars paddle seat and advanced oars paddle seat comes with awnings’s mounting holes (shown in pictures below marked in red frame).
6. Put the finished boat cover into the mounting holes, then locked with a screw.
7. Withhold the 4pcs fixed straps on the front and rear of boat, then tighten straps.

Generally speaking, you will receive your package in about 15 working days (20 at most) by E-packet shipping(Weather and Customs reasons caused the delays not included)

Note: We can offer the tracking number for you to check the status of your item after we deliver the item. For international shipping, customs duties might be possible for some countries, they are buyers' responsibility. S&H charged dose not include any those fees. We are not responsibility for the delay of clearance is the buyer's country, but we will help to clear as suppling some files. If the item is in customs or post office for some days, pls contact with local customs actively, otherwise, if the item returns to us, the buyer will pay for the shipping fee for resend or refund except the shipping fee.

Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received. Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable. If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and / or Undeliverable .
