Please see pictures! Be aware this is untested and I offer no guarantee that it works!! The moving parts that should move to move but that's as far as I can tell without carrying all apart and I don't want to do that for fear of losing something or breaking it. The previous owner told me this worked last time he used it however it is been several years since. It has been stored indoors, the shaft turns and the both ends of the pump move air. However I cannot guarantee anything other than that it does that. I unfortunately don't have a Willys so I cannot test this. When you place your finger over the each and you can feel the suction and it pushing air out as well so again no guarantees but it seems like it works. Again please be aware that I have not tested this and I do not guarantee it works however compared to the price of a new old stock item I believe it's still a fair deal. The only bad review I had was about a pump so I am wary with cellulitis I just one with selling this. That was a vintage gas pump that I would've liked to of just kept had I known how it would have turned out. I did not emphasize enough time so I guess that I didn't know if it worked or not just thought it looked cool what you did. However I listed it saying I found it in a boat house which I did ( A humid area! ) and I had never tested it so just like this item I have no idea. Long story short this gas pump didn't work they wanted their money back I disagreed but ended up refunding it yet still received a bad review.
