I do not refund money on used parts unless I have totally misrepresented the item or shipped the wrong item - and money would be refunded only if I receive the item back as originally shipped & it will be inspected closely prior to any refund being given. If it’s not right or it’s damaged, you may get partial or no refund. Do not just automatically return - all returns must have my approval. Also - please do not come to me 2 or 3 months after you have rec’d the item & tell me it was damaged or defective. I package well, but INSPECT YOUR ITEM ON RECEIPT and file claim immediately with original packing intact - especially if you have not opted for insurance. I will not refund money when you have had it for several days or more, didn’t sign for as damaged (visible or concealed). Last, but not least, I do respond as soon as I am able, although during the summer I travel quite a bit on the weekends & may not be able to respond right away, especially since this is a sidebar to my primary business. If you have not rec’d a reply within 5 days, please re-e-mail me - I may not have rec’d or may have overlooked since I get hundreds of e-mails per day. I leave fb after fb is left.
