your country. Anyway, the possible custom clearance is buyer’s responsibility.

Delayed parcels:
If your posting is delayed, please do not immediately open an “item
not received” case! Please be reminded I dispatch your item within 24 hours
and I’m not the Post Master! So please contact me and I will provide you with
honest info where your parcel is.
Returns&Refund:
First of all, please carefully double check the spare part really fits
your vehicle! If you have a doubt please feel free to contact us. Please,
send VIN number of your vehicle. It’s better to check double than making
return.

You have up to 30 days to make you decision. If 30
days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a
refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it and has the original
package.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will
send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We
will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your PayPal account, within a 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check
your bank account again. Then contact your Paypal account, it may take some
time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and
you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own
shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
