This is a project or parts boat, it is unseaworthy and inoperable. This boat took on water over the winter of 2011 and went down to about the bottom of the drivers seat, but the engines were under and most everything in the cabin area.

I had Progressive insurance and they denied the claim(don't ever use Progressive boat insurance!!) I filed lawsuit and got tired of the hassle and threw in the towel. The claim was never paid so the boat has a clean, clear title in my name, it was paid for so no lien either.

It is powered by twin 350 carbureted Mercruisers with Bravo III drives, both carbs are off but are in the boat, the drives are not included in the auction but can be purchased separately after end of auction. I was told by the the marina the boat was towed to that the engines were pickled but no way to prove it. onboard battery charger, shore power, no generator, cockpit icemaker, trim tabs, extended swim platform. The radar arch is in the boat and undamaged,it was removed for transporting.

The cabin has a bathroom with full standup shower, fridge, stove, microwave, tv, A/C and heat. The condition of all included is unknown.

I do not know the condition of the engines, or anything else in the boat, I haven't looked at any of it and don't plan on it. I have lost over $60k over this deal and want it gone and out of my life.

The boat is stored at Heartland Marine in Sunrise Beach,Mo at Lake Of The Ozarks. It will need to be moved/hauled off within 2 weeks of auction ending.

Once again the Bravo III out drives are not included in the auction, the gimbles, transom mounts, trim cylinders etc. will be left on the boat. I was planning on keeping the drives for spares on my current boat.
