The buyer hereby acknowledges that due to the nature of used auto parts, any liability of G & S Auto from all causes shall be limited to the price paid for the goods sold or provided. If a part sold by G & S Auto with a warranty fails to operate during the stated warranty period, liability shall be limited to the replacement of the part or a remedy not to exceed the price paid for the part, at G & S Auto.
Guarantee/Warranty
. All mechanical parts are backed by a 90 day guarantee against failure. If a part fails to operate properly with in this period at out option we will either exchange, replace, or refund the item at original purchase price.
. Parts are not guaranteed to color match.
. Parts are not guaranteed to be insurance quality unless otherwise stated.
. Milage on parts are not certified.
. Engines are guaranteed against rod knocks, cracked bolts, and excessive smoking.
. Transmissions are guaranteed to function properly against grinding, slipping, or any other issues.
. Any parts left on engine or transmission are not guaranteed to work.
All warranties are null and void if:
. The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.
. Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
. Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
. The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
. The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
. The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
. The part is sold “As Is” as indicated on the front of invoice or in an auction’s terms.
. Failure is caused anything other then regular wear and tear.
. Engine oil and filter are not replaced every 4000 miles with oem recommended oil (must be documented).
. Oil and filter are not replaced at time of instillation (must be documented).
. Vehicle is not serviced at proper intervals recommended by manufacture.
. The part is installed on a vehicle outside the United States.
. Any physically damage.
. Part has been taken apart or adjusted in any way.
. Part is not installed properly.
Returns
. Original sales invoice must accompany all returns.
. No refunds are issued after 14 days.
. No returns or exchange issued after 30 days.
. All returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.
. All part returns must bear our identifying mark.
. Refunds will be given as cash back or company check at our option.

. Deposits.
. Special order items.
. Body sections cut from a vehicles.
. Parts installed on any vehicle with non factory applications.
. Parts not handled or installed properly.

G & S Auto Dismantler ships to US addresses within the 48 states only. via USPS, Fedex, or UPS

Freight shipping for any item that weighs over 150lbs is only free to a business with a loading dock or forklift. Freight shipping to any business without a dock or forklift is an additional $50 charge. Freight shipping to a residence is an additional charge of $100, or item can be shipped to the termianl neartest to you, please keep in mind terminal may by up to a few hours away.
Pick up at our facilities is available
Items will be shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.
Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. |
B Grade |
- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. |
C Grade |
- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. |
No Grade |
- A part that has not yet been graded. |
