This is a gently used Retrax brand retractable bed cover. I had it on my 1999 Ford F-250 long bed. I sold the truck, now this is for sale. It works flawlessly. Key works excellent and cover slides and retracts perfectly. There could be a tiny nick or two in the cover, but this thing is a 9/10 (with a 10 being brand new). I have mounting hardware and keys (all parts are included). It is stored indoors in my garage. I have attached photos of it that were taken the day it was removed from my truck.
