Nice 1966 327 block casting # 3858174 dated D-4-6. I had this baked and pressure tested and magnafluxed. Thats why it looks rusty, from the oven, it is not rusty and pitted.
This is a FLINT block, correct version used in Corvettes.
It is currently .030" over. Its an excellent core that you can trust, I stand behind it and already invested money to be sure its OK.
Shipping is via freight and depends on location, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping, I can have it skidded and ready to put on a truck at a commercial address or I can drop it off at the local freightyard. No fees for crating. Or oof course I can ship it on my account also.
Used in Corvettes of all horsepower in 66, 300 and 350 hp, I am certain it was also used in other applications also.
Be sure you understand that the final freight cost cannot be determined without the final destination, it will be much cheaper for you if it can be delivered to a commercial address near you, or the local freight depot to you. It is fairly pricey for home delivery!
