Please be aware that the vehicle compatible chart on eBay is not 100% accurate, but the OE# provided in our listing is correct, If you already have OE number of the parts you are lookin for, then you can just searching by OE #. If in doubt, please send us your VIN, that’s the BEST way to check if this is the RIGHT FITMENT.

  1. It is a good idea to keep the original box and the shipping label in case you want to return the product. We only accept returns with the original packaging (Box and Label)
  2. We accept exchange within 7 days due to issues listed below:
  3. 1) If the product is damaged upon arrival, please provide a picture of the item and box. We will file a Damage Claim with our shipping company. After the claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at no cost to the buyer.
    2) If the product is defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately with a picture of the product and the defective characteristic, and we will assist you with the returning process. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and pay for the re-shipping charge. We will ship the item once we receive the defected item from you. (if this is a replacement, we highly suggest to keep your original item.)
    3) If the package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be issued after a Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.
    4) If you received an incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital picture. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and charge for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only)
  4. If you did not submit your vehicle vin# (before shipment) and purchased the wrong item by mistake and request a return, shipping and handling charges are not ? covered (for "free shipping" items, the actual shipping cost is not refundable), you will also be charged for return shipping cost and require a 10% restocking fee.

Warranty Terms

  1. Parts_Pro_USA warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of sale to the buyer. NOTICE: Please keep your original purchase receipt , the defected unit and a copy of the receipt need to be presented with all claims.
  2. Parts_Pro_USA will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to labor, paint, property damage and personal injury as result of the use of its parts, however caused. Germanpartsaver 's entire liability is limited to the actual price of the claimed parts.
