Side guide pegs missing leaving hole, not seen, ; lower guide peg minor chip as shown. ALL other mounts are good, no repairs. THERE ARE NOT bolt down mounts so not seen. Light scratches as shown It has gloss black inner trim. Left driver side. THERE ARE NO BULBS OR BALLASTS WITH IT - COMES AS SHOWN. Fits: 2013-2014 F150 FX4 but fits all models.
