• All orders are shipped exclusively by FedEx.  All Items ship from Hershey, PA 17033 USA.  International buyers should contact us prior to purchasing due to rising international shipping costs.

• UVT acts as the Non Resident Importer for all shipments into Canada.  A flat rate of 20% is charged on product and shipping costs for any order shipped to Canada.  This charge covers brokerage, duties, and all applicable taxes for the import of the tires to Canada.

• Payment is expected PROMPTLY.  Communication from the winning bidder within 24 hours of purchase is greatly appreciated. If paying by PayPal, payment should reach us within 3 days.  If you prefer to use a credit card, we accept all major cards over the telephone at 1-800-233-3827.

• We have no control over lost or damaged items once they leave our possession.  Any claims for lost or damaged items should be reported to the carrier immediately to expedite a damage or loss claim.
