Muncie PTO FR66-F1209-R3NX. This unit is used and in good working condition. Was replaced because it was thought to be noisy, but when then new one was installed the same noise existed in the truck. It came off of a F550. It is very low mileage at 5,522 mi. Retail on this unit is $2,422.60. I was wiping it off while taking the photos and wiped the part number tag which is why there are two photos.
