Combined Shipping Condition

To avoid any inconvenience and disputes, we don't accept combined order request in principle.




- For DOA (Defective on Arrival) item, please notify us to obtain a merchandise return code and shipping instruction. Then, send it back within 14 days upon date of receipt. Return shipping costs will be at your expenses.
- We only accept the returned item with full packaging materials without being used.
After receiving your returned item, it will take 7 days for evaluation and investigation. A brand new replacement unit will be sent to you at our shipping costs if unit is proved to be defective.

- Please NOTE: We don't accept returns via any EXPRESS SERVICES (Including: EMS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL etc.)

- Buyer pays for returns. If it is proved as defect item, we will refund the return postage based on the bill issued by posts. All returns via express service will be refused, unless the buyer pay for the duty.
