Payment information: Since we are an International seller, we only accept Paypal in US Dollars.
Shipping Information: Orders
are shipped via either DHL, FedEx, or UPS and will be delivered within 4
to 5 days after clearance of payment, certain models might take longer
process. As all units will be inspected before shipping. Delivery time is 3-5 days to most countries. Note that transit time may vary, due to peak periods, whether conditions or location. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Warranty:
The car DVD has one year factory warranty.
Our recommendation is that unit will be installed by a professional technician.
If
any problem occurs, please contact us via email, explain the problem,
as our past experience shows that wrong operation or misunderstanding to
operate the unit is the problem. So please, verify the cause of problem
before sending the unit back, if a technician finds that unit is
operating properly, we will not carry cost of shipping back.
Units
will be out of warranty when there is a damaged caused by misused,
improper installation, opened or repaired by unauthorized person.
All emails will be replied within 24 hours during business days.
Return Policy:
Returns
are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from
delivery date. In order to return an item, you must contact us via email
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Please contact us via the customer service Email below to obtain RMA# prior the return.
All
returns must include original packaging and all accessories included
with the unit at the time of shipping. Any return without all original
parts will not be honored.
Please include a copy of the original sales slip and reason for return. Return shipping paid by buyer.
If unit is defective, we will exchange for same model, Buyer is responsible for returning shipping fee.
In event that a refund is requested, shipping cost from factory to buyer will not be returned as same as for seller’s expense.
Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs and import duties.
