Condition

All items are checked for holes, stains, fabric pulls, and discoloration.  If there are any problems with the item, it will be listed below.  If we do miss something, please contact us before leaving negative feedback.  While our house is both smoke and animal free, the majority of our clothes are second hand via thrift stores, consignment shops, garage sales, and estate sales.  We do check all clothes for noticeable smells.    

  • Item is in very good to good used condition.  The only flaw is there is minor wear, but it should come clean with a little leather conditioner.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Friday) after receiving payment.  Unless otherwise stated, we will always send your package via USPS Priority Mail or First class with tracking.  For some items, signature confirmation will also be included.  This can be requested on all packages for an additional charge. 


Returns policy

We offer a money back guarantee on all items. Refunds will be issued, minus shipping charges if returned within 14 days of your receipt, in the same condition you received it in - Tags attached, if any. If your item was purchased with Free Shipping, the actual cost of shipping to you will be deducted from your refund.  Your refund will be sent after the product is received and the condition of the item reviewed.

We want you to have no surprises, so we check our items for defects three times under different lighting conditions.  If we missed an obvious stain or hole, please take a picture and contact us right away before leaving negative feedback.  Although we never offer a partial refund on the item, we will offer you a full refund including the original shipping fee and we will pay for return shipping.  Please see our return policy for details.
