Some (not all) products offered are salesman / rep samples that are no longer needed in our business or need to be replaced for one reason or another. While these items are new -- not used -- they have, in some cases, been removed from the packaging and shown to buyers. As a result of handling, the packaging, sometimes, becomes "shop worn" although the product is still new. In some cases, the item might have been demonstrated to the buyer if its nature required it. For example, an electronic product might have been unpackaged and plugged in or a battery inserted to check out its function and performance. In any case, the exact condition of the item you are interested in will be completely noted in its respective auction advertisement.
