We accept payment by: Paypal. Payments Must be received within 7 days. All unpaid orders will have an automatic unpaid request opened against them in an effort to recover seller fees. If more time to pay is required, please contact me in advance.

Handling time: 1 day (after receiving personalized details, if applicable) and 3 Days for special orders. excluding weekend and holidays. 
Economy shipping will be for a single print/cut unless otherwise noted in the description. We will offer at cost shipping for bulk shipments of this item. Shipping for multiple prints depends on the amount. Email us for quotes. If you are not in one of the lower 48 States, shipping is not FREE in a free shipping auction, or with multiple prints. We are always happy to combine shipping whenever possible, some combine shipping can be free but please contact us for a shipping quote prior to buying. Most shipments will not come with a tracking number unless otherwise noted. This is because shipping a sticker can frequently amount to the cost of a stamp vs. over $2 for a tracking number. Buyers who need a tracking number will need to ask for tracking prior to paying and pay the (actual) cost. We Ship Monday through Friday unless it is a Holiday!!!

It is the buyer's responsibility to use and install the decal/quote properly. The item should NOT be installed as soon as it arrives. Keep the item at room temperature for at least several hours, laid out flat, to allow the elasticity of the vinyl to relax after shipping and to activate the adhesive. Be sure the surface has been cleaned. DO NOT APPLY TO A FRESHLY PAINTED WALL OR A WALL THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH AMMONIA, PAINT THINNER, ADHESIVE REMOVER OR OTHER CHEMICAL THAT ISN'T COMPLETELY DRIED AND CURED! Painted walls and surfaces need to cure for a minimum of 30 days prior to applying a decal/quote or the chemicals and gases in the paint will affect the adhesive and the item will fall off within hours or days. DO NOT APPLY THE ITEM TO A HOT OR OVERLY COLD VEHICLE OR SURFACE. THE SURFACE SHOULD BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE "preferably between 68 and 73 degrees". Please see the pictures for step by step instructions. You can also find videos on "how to apply wall vinyl" that can be very helpful in aiding in the application of your item. If you apply your item properly, it should last many years outdoors and possibly a lifetime indoors. 

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. COLORS NOTICE:
The Colors In The Selection Chart May Not Be Exactly As The Vinyl Appears When You Receive Your Decals. We Cannot Guarantee Color Match As Your Computer Monitors Vary And Or Alter Colors. If A Color Match Is Necessary Please Let Us Know Prior To Purchasing.

Our return policy is limited to 14 days. 
Returns accepted for most items when the original item has been returned to us and the buyer pays return shipping. 
Refunds will be limited to the item's purchase price, minus shipping. 
If the wrong item or size is received, buyer will not be required to pay return shipping and will receive a free replacement. (Buyer must notify us of a color change or customization as soon as they pay or along with their payment. If no color is selected and no details sent, buyer will receive the item as pictured in the first image.) 
There will be a restocking fee applied to any item that is returned due to a buyer changing their mind or any other issue that is out of our control. 
Shipping insurance is highly recommended. It is the fault of the postal service if an item is lost or damaged in the mail and without insurance, the USPS will not cover any item. Please contact us prior to paying to purchase shipping insurance. If the item is lost or damaged in the mail, please contact us first and we will do everything that we can to fix the issue. 
Exclusions: "Items that are nonrefundable and nonreturnable unless we send the wrong item and you send us pictures proving that we sent the wrong item." Custom orders. Items made to order with a pre-approved proof. Items made with your name, date, or other personalization. These items have been made special for you. They are not something that we stock or can sell to someone else. 
We are a small family business. We do make mistakes sometimes. If you feel like the item does not meet your expectations or have any issue with your item, please contact us first.
