Replacing your cabin air filter (sometimes referred to as a pollen or HVAC filter) is essential for maintaining the quality and freshness of air inside your cabin. Contaminants such as pollen, fungus spores, dirt and dust can pass unfiltered into the passenger cabin triggering asthma, allergies, headaches, nausea, fatigue and giddiness.

Ryco Cabin Air Filters are designed to reduce the amount of harmful contaminants entering into your vehicle to provide a much cleaner breathing environment for you and your passengers.

Cabin air filters should be changed every 15,000kms or at least once a year. When the cabin air filter clogs up with dirt it can lead to musty odours as well as decreased performance of the heating and air-conditioning system.

Cabin air filters are generally located under the bonnet or glove box compartment (consult your owner's manual for vehicle specific instructions or refer to the Ryco website).

Return Policy


  • Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold under the manufactures warranty terms and conditions from the date of purchase.
  • Where a warranty fault has been recognized and accepted by Spares Box, shipping expenses will be refunded.
  • Replacement products (including shipping) will be provided where:
    • An item is damaged during delivery.
    • The incorrect item was shipped.
    • The item has a manufacturing fault
    Replacement will be provided upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Exchanges will only be provided on products that are unused and in a salable condition (i.e. in original and undamaged packaging). Electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.

  • For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by Spares Box, the original shipping address will be used.
  • Spares Box is not responsible for any costs or down time incurred by a manufacturing fault other than shipping expenses.

  • Where possible items will be combined into one order, however in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries.

  • Delivery times are 2-5 days for standard shipping to east coast metropolitan cities. WA, regional and remote areas may take longer.
