This is what I believe is a 2010 softail  tank there is no pump but the mounting plate is there looks like a blue metallic color comes with speedo and ignition and mounting hardware shown in picture if any information additionally is needed please contact me at 912-844-4868 purchased from a gentleman cleaning out his garage but used to work for Harley they are brand-new never installed
