Send us the make, model, year, and engine size of your vehicle, when ordering, to insure you have ordered the correct compressor.

WARRANTY POLICY

Our New Frigette Compressors come with a 1 year warranty. Warranty is valid if the follwing proceedure is followed.

1. The entire A/C system must be completely flushed with an approved flush prior to installation of the compressor.

2. The accumulator / receiver-drier must be replaced.

3. The expansion device (orifice tube / expansion valve) must be replaced.

4. The correct amount and type of oil must be added to the compressor per the manufactures recommendations.

5. The A/C system must be recharged following approved industry guidelines.

6. Installation must be performed by a certified AC mechanic.

Prior to returning any defective compressor, a Return Authorization number must be obtained from us.

Prior to processing any claim, documentation must be provided to us that the above proceedure was followed and parts specified were purchased and installed unless purchased from us.

Our warranty covers the replacement of the defective compressor only. It does not cover any other component, labor, or expenses.

1. All merchandise that is returned for non-warranty related issues after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2. Buyer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs. The original shipping charges are not refundable and we charge a $15 restocking fee.

3. All returned items will be inspected for damage or installation, and must be clean and returned in their original shipping container
