We inspect every item before we ship and all items are tested to work prior to removal from vehicle. If there is any flaws within the item we will be sure to describe in our listing or confirm with the buyer. However if a buyer wants to return the item due to purchase by mistake or no apparent reason then buyer needs to contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization and ship the item back to us. We secretly mark all of our sold items An item that is returned should be shipped back in the same exact condition as it was before we shipped it with all of our markings on it. If we are unable to locate any of our markings on the part no credit will be issued for the return. Please make sure the parts compatibility before you bid or purchase an item thank you. The shipping price is for the 48 states within the continental U.S. We can also do international shipping only through the ebay global shipping program. We do not ship to PO BOX Addresses.
