Immediate payment required for all orders.

Shipping:
All product are shipped via UPS. All orders placed before 3pm (Pacific time) usually shipped same business day.

Return:
Returns will be accepted within 14 days for full refund. A 15% charge will be applied on return new items. All items must be unused and returned as it's original condition. For full refund. Any problems encountered, contact us thru e-mail.
We will reply within 24 hours of business day.

Warranty Agreement:
Damaged threads, boots or damaged Rack and Pinion caused by misused, improper installation, abuse or modified are not covered by warranty.
