How long until my order ships?

This item will ship same or next business day. A tracking number(s) will be sent as soon as your order is processed. Some tracking numbers take 24-48 hours to become active.



International Shipping

This service includes tracking.  We are international shipping experts, be assured your item will arrive well packaged and in perfect condition.



International shipping fees do not include any taxes or customs duties. These types of taxes are different for every country so please check with your local authority for details.

Free Exchanges and Returns - NO Restocking Fees*

Returns and exchanges are quick and easy at Speed Addicts. If you follow our guidelines below your return or exchange will be free of restocking fees.

*Free shipping isn't really free of course, if an item that shipped free is returned for refund it is subject to our cost of shipping.



Rules on Exchanges and Returns

All items returned for an exchange or refund must be unused, in original packaging, with all instructions and literature. Any items that have been or appear to be worn or used, or are missing any of the above items can be refused.



Items returned within 30 days of date of purchase are eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Items returned within 31-60 days after date of purchase are ONLY eligible for exchange or store credit. Items returned after 60 days of date of purchase will NOT be accepted and will be returned at the buyer's expense.



RMA numbers are required for all exchanges and returns. Any item that arrives without a RMA number will be refused. Please call or email us to obtain an RMA number. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all shipping costs associated with any exchange or return. The only exception to this rule is if the exchange is due a mistake on the part of Speed Addict Cycles.



Speed Addict Cycles is not responsible if the item being exchanged or returned is lost or damaged during shipping. Any item that arrives damaged becomes property of the customer and you may be charged for return shipping. As such we recommend taking care when packaging your item and purchasing shipping insurance. Never ship an item back in the manufacturer's packaging, always use an over-box.
