Items we have in stock are usually shipped the same business day. The order must be placed, payment verified, and security cleared by 3:00pm PDT . Merchandise is shipped complete, properly packaged, . Occasionally, if an "In Stock" item is oversold or unexpectedly back-ordered, we will order the part from the manufacturer and have it on the way to you as soon as the item becomes available, Or refund full amount.
LOST OR DAMAGE ITEMS
If you receive your item damage please contact our customer service team within 48 hours to file a UPS claim. UPS will attempt to pick up the package in a total of 3 attempts
For inspection. The investigation can take 5-8 business days. A replacement will be sent to you once the damage items are returned to our location.
If you did not receive your item after delivery confirmation you may contact our customer service team to start a trace with the carrier. We will report a lost package,
keep in mind that the investigation can take 5-8 business days. UPS will be in contact with the received to gather more information needed.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, all items can be returned in original condition in original boxes for a full refund, (minus restocking fee) within 10 days of purchase. There will be a 15% restocking fee to cover eBay fees. Shipping and handling fees are not subject to a refund. Having a problem? Contact us through eBay and we will solve it for you!
Damaged Items
We offer the option of shipping insurance for all of our items, which is usually just a couple of dollars. If an item is damaged in transit by the shipping company, we will send out a new item to you only if you have purchased the shipping insurance. Before we can replace the damaged item, we may also require your help in taking pictures, filling out damage claims, sending item back to us, or possibly taking the damaged item to your local Post Office or UPS station.
We will match or beat any legitimately advertised price on this same product provided that ALL of the following conditions are met before the purchase is made: we are sent a link or way to get to the advertisement in question (i.e., a website address, an eBay auction #, etc.) (we will not otherwise search for this information, nor call the dealer in question for a quote), the seller of the product is an "Authorized Dealer" for the manufacturer of the product, the product is new (never been opened), the seller of the product has the item in stock in one of their facilities (not the manufacturer or wholesale company) for immediate delivery, the product is not listed in error, the product is not stolen, the product is not a factory refurbished or open box item, the advertisement is not listed as a sale, clearance, or close-out item.
