AS WE SHIP FROM MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS THE USA, WE MUST INSTRUCT YOU AS TO THE PROPER ADDRESS TO SHIP YOUR RETURNED MERCHADISE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE SHIPPED TO THE WRONG LOCATION. Buyer pays all shipping charges for returns. New Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and the item must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. We can NOT accept return of any part that has been installed. Any new items that were sold with free shipping within the US are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (to cover our original shipping and handling) Alleged Defective Items are returnable for full credit within 14 days of purchase.
