The item must be in Same New Condition. No components missing (i.e. screws, bass knobs, plastic coverings, protective films, etc.) or if you/dealer programed radio to your vin or made something wrong with system ) there is no return or no exchange . must be un-use condition. if any function not working. no return either.
- Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in a higher restocking fee or denial of return request.

- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. All returns or store credits will be computed based on the unit cost.

We only ship to the Paypal confirmed address .
- Insurance is included in the shipping amount.
- We ship your items within 3 business days after payment has been received.
- We offer a 30 percent combined shipping discount for multiple auctions won with a minimum of 2 items and a limit of 5 separate auctions. It is possible that you will receive more than one box on multiple auctions due to size restrictions and guidelines set by UPS and FEDEX.
