Payment

We accept PayPal. You must have funds in your PayPal account, have the account linked to your bank, or your credit card. Shipping address must be PayPal confirmed. Please pay as soon as possible to insure a prompt shipment!  All sale Payments are expected within 3 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements had been made. If payment is not received within 7 days a Non-Paying Bidder (NPB) warning will be filed with eBay. A negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not answer the NPB warning within 10 days. At Wild About Carts we are reasonable people and as long as the communication channels are open and clear, we have no problems accommodating special circumstances. Shipping

Wild About Carts ships within the 4 business days (usually less than 2 business days) after receipt of the payment (except for a pre-order in which case the buyer will be notified by e-mail as to the estimated date of shipping). Each item is packed carefully to make sure it gets to you in excellent condition. Each package comes with a tracking number. We will notify you within 1-2 business days if a product is backordered or out of stock. Upon notification you may decide to cancel the transaction for a full refund. All orders shipped via freight carrier must be checked for damages prior to signing delivery acceptance ticket (the driver will wait, he may complain, but will wait). On freight orders we cannot accept damage claims after the delivery is accepted. You can note the driver's delivery ticket or refuse the deliver due to damage and notify use immediately.

Returns

Wild About Carts values our relationship with you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from Wild About Carts, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges. Product Returns on most product may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center toll-free at (877) 564-5060. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging. All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user's manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product. If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, follow the return instructions provided by the dealer. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT. Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. They must be shipped to our Distribution Center at their address (Please contact us for where return must be shipped). We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged. When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned more than thirty (30) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage. A restocking fee of 20% may be charged for products returned. The restocking Fee may be higher is the item is not returned in new condition and/or missing components, manuals or not packaged as item was received.  Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product. Please report any damaged or missing items within (2) days of delivery by calling from 8 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to Wild About Carts within 2 hours after your order is submitted, we begin to process your order within immediately if during business hours. If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel or change the order after it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for all shipping fees, brokerage charges and duty payable on the original order and on any products returned to us from the original order. Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes, minus any shipping costs and/or restocking fees. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided. For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase. To make a warranty claim after the first 30 days from purchase, call 1-877-564-5060. All electrical components are not warranted after package has been opened. Non-Returnable Items Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold "AS IS" ? no refunds, no returns on these items. Custom designed / built / engineered products are non-returnable and non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on electronic components. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.
